Intentions Institute Inc. operates a diversified commodity trading portfolio spanning four core sectors: food commodities, fuels and energy products, precious metals and minerals, and fertilizers. Our procurement operations are structured around long-term supplier relationships, verified sourcing channels, and logistics coordination that serves buyers across Africa, the Middle East, South and Southeast Asia, and Latin America. Each product line is managed by specialists with direct market knowledge and established networks in the regions where we operate. Whether you require bulk staple foods for national distribution programs, refined petroleum products for commercial supply, industrial-grade minerals for manufacturing, or agricultural inputs for large-scale farming operations, our trading desk is equipped to structure transactions from initial inquiry through final delivery.

We accommodate multiple delivery structures to match the operational requirements of each transaction.
Tank-to-Tank (T2T)
Product is transferred directly from the seller's storage tanks to the buyer's designated tank farm or terminal facility. This method is commonly used for refined petroleum products and liquid commodities where the buyer maintains local storage infrastructure at the port of delivery.
Vessel Takeover
The buyer assumes control of a pre-loaded vessel at a designated port. Title and risk transfer occurs at the point of vessel takeover, with all prior logistics, loading, and inspection handled by the seller. This structure reduces the buyer's operational burden during the loading phase.
Full Vessel Charter
A dedicated vessel is chartered for the entire shipment, providing the buyer with full control over routing, scheduling, and discharge arrangements. This option is suited for large-volume orders where the buyer requires flexibility in port selection and delivery timing.
