Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) is the most widely used phosphate fertilizer in the world, valued for its high nutrient content and favorable handling characteristics. With a grade of 18-46-0, DAP provides both nitrogen (18%) and phosphorus (46% as P₂O₅) in a single granular product, making it an efficient and cost-effective source of two essential macronutrients. It is produced by reacting phosphoric acid with ammonia, resulting in a stable, granular product that stores and handles well under standard conditions.

DAP plays a critical role in crop nutrition programs worldwide. Phosphorus is essential for root development, energy transfer within plants, and the formation of seeds and fruit.
