Naphtha

Light hydrocarbon feedstock for petrochemical processing and gasoline blending operations.

Naphtha

Petrochemical Feedstock and Gasoline Blending Component

Naphtha is a volatile, flammable liquid hydrocarbon mixture obtained from the distillation of crude petroleum, natural gas condensate, or coal tar. It occupies the boiling range between gasoline and kerosene (approximately 30 to 200 degrees Celsius) and is one of the most important intermediate products in the global petroleum and petrochemical value chain.

Intentions Institute Inc. supplies both light naphtha (boiling range 30 to 90 degrees Celsius) and full-range naphtha (30 to 200 degrees Celsius) from refineries across the Middle East, the Mediterranean, and Southeast Asia. Specifications are customized to meet the specific requirements of each buyer, whether the end use is steam cracker feedstock for ethylene production, catalytic reformer feed for aromatics extraction, or gasoline pool blending.

Light naphtha, rich in paraffins and naphthenes, is the preferred feedstock for steam crackers producing ethylene, propylene, and other olefins that serve as building blocks for plastics, synthetic fibers, and a wide range of chemical products. Heavy naphtha, with its higher aromatic content, is typically directed to catalytic reforming units for the production of benzene, toluene, and xylene (BTX).

We offer naphtha supply on FOB and CIF terms, with typical parcel sizes ranging from 25,000 to 80,000 metric tons. Our logistics team coordinates vessel chartering, port clearance, and documentation to ensure timely delivery to petrochemical complexes and refineries worldwide.
