Chartering Services
Voyage Charter
Single-voyage charters for individual cargo shipments. We negotiate freight rates, laydays, and demurrage terms, and coordinate all load and discharge port operations on behalf of our clients.
Time Charter
Period-based vessel hire for clients with recurring shipment requirements. Time charters provide operational flexibility and cost certainty for ongoing commodity movements across established trade routes.
Contract of Affreightment
Volume-based shipping agreements covering multiple cargoes over a defined period. COAs provide freight cost predictability and guaranteed tonnage availability for high-volume trading programs.
Logistics Capabilities
Vessel Sourcing & Nomination
Our chartering desk works with a global network of shipbrokers and vessel owners to identify and nominate suitable tonnage for each shipment. We evaluate vessel age, condition, flag state, P&I cover, and port compatibility to ensure safe and compliant operations.
Load Port Coordination
We manage all pre-loading operations including berth scheduling, terminal coordination, cargo surveying, documentation preparation, and customs clearance. Our team maintains direct communication with port agents, terminal operators, and inspection agencies throughout the loading process.
In-Transit Management
Real-time vessel tracking and voyage monitoring ensure that our clients and their counterparties have full visibility into cargo movements. We coordinate with vessel masters, charterers, and port agents to manage schedule adjustments, weather delays, and any operational contingencies that arise during transit.
Discharge & Documentation
At the discharge port, we coordinate berthing, cargo measurement, quality sampling, customs clearance, and final documentation including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and inspection reports. All documents are prepared and transmitted in accordance with the applicable letter of credit or payment terms.
